According to the Facebook group, For the Love of Louie:

She went missing near Richardson's Farm in White Marsh. It has been reported that Noelle was picked up at the Bird River Inn in White Marsh and then took off from the person that took her. We are concerned that Noelle may have traveled into a new area.
