2 Kingsville Homes Burglarized, Police Investigating
Police are investigating any possible connections between the burglaries.
Two Kingsville homes were burglarized last week and police are investigating any possible connections.
Officer Mark Dorsey of the Parkville police precinct provided the following incident summaries:
- Between Oct. 18 and Oct. 20, in the 11200 block of Belair Road, while the homeowner was out of town, a glass panel on the rear door was broken. Some things in the home were ransacked and an undetermined amount of jewelry was taken.
- Between noon and 6:30 p.m. on Oct. 19, in the 11500 block of Holt Road, a basement window was broken and some things were ransacked. The homeowner did not immediately report anything missing.
The Baltimore County Police Department's burglary unit is investigating both of the incidents and any possible connections between them, according to Dorsey.
Police urge area residents to keep homes locked and secured whenever possible.

I'm glad they can take time away from their busy schedule of standing ON Route 43 and pointing a radar gun and pull over people precariously onto the median to harass them. All I'm doing is reading about break-ins of houses, strange people walking out of front doors, people getting sliced by unknown people outside their home, sheds being broken into but nothing in the way of traffic disasters on 43. I know if I was a criminal and saw regular patrols, I wouldn't be casing that neighborhood. I thought they got rid of that dangerous practice when an officer was killed while pulling that radar nonsense? Guess not.

Parent- they dont even do that. I have asked repeatedly a patrol car come through my neighborhood at night because we have speeders coming thru and I am told they don't have the resources.

Wow, it amazes me to hear this D S. They had enough resources for there to be two patrol cars in the median of 43 for over two hours! I passed by the first time and they were just setting up and when I came back they were still at it with all kinds of cars parked crazy style in the median, people walking around, traffic slamming on their brakes anticipating an accident scene. It was very dangerous for all involved and irresponsible of the county police. Red light and speed cameras not pulling in enough revenue? I think more people should ask for patrol car coverage in these neighborhoods and ask why they don't have the resources.

I'm glad that we have three very good watch dogs at my home. One is a spaniel one is a chiuauah and the other a siberian hisky. We also watch out for our neighbors on our block.
