Do they really think 39 single family homes are going to produce only 24 kids K-12?

Just a brief reminder - 39 new houses, a bunch of young kids, a county park on Snyder Lane - but Chapel Rd. is still too narrow to walk along.

I was holding out for a CVS or Rite-Aid.

Do we really need more homes? Our schools are crowded as they are. They should have used the land to maybe, build a school. Just saying.

Perry Hall is way too over-populated!!! They need to STOP!!

Over development, crime rate sky high, politicians who only care about getting re-elected, section eight housing. Just a few of the reasons I moved out of Perry Hall City, 14 years ago. I saw the writing on the wall. I give many of you credit for sticking it out!

Nine kids to Gunpwder Elementary? That is a JOKE! When the new houses on both sides of Cross road were all settled, there were so many kids that they had to add a new school bus route just for that neighborhood! Trust me, there are more than nine kids on that bus.

I am so sad by this new development. It will mean at least 80 additional cars traveling Chapel road, everyone who drives this road does so way too fast, while I'm very glad they didn't widen the road, the additoinal traffic will make this road very unsafe, for our kids who ride school buses. You can't walk on this road, heck you can barely drive on this road. The lot sizes are incredibly small, most are .19 or .20 acres, and whoever thinks they are going to get $500k plus for these house is sorely mistaken.

I guess its better than being used as a fracking site - sorry Congressman Harris.

Just what we don't need - more houses. How can they know who is going to purchase these home and how many kids they have. We need more schools in this area not houses. As for Chapel Road is does need to we widened. You can barely drive two cars passing especially by Snyder Lane. This road is a death trap now let alone more cars. Sidewalks would be nice in the area. What about a 55+ community? We need one around this area and I don't mean condo's I don't like condo's but I'm an aging Baby Boomer who would like to have a smaller individual house in a 55+ community.

And now Chapel road and Cross road will need to be expanded in size > costing us (the tax payers) more burden for new infrastructure. And now your homes will lose value in that very area do to more newer, modern homes watering down the market.
