UPDATE (1:50 p.m.)—A water main break on Ebenezer Road in Perry Hall caused traffic problems Thursday morning, police confirmed. 

According to the White Marsh police precinct, at about 7:30 a.m., seeping water that had frozen over caused a traffic accident along Ebenezer Road, between Parlo Road and Perryvale Road.

The Baltimore City Department of Public Works investigated the water leak Thursday morning and found it was caused by a break in an 8-inch water main, according to department spokesman Kurt Kocher.

Repairs began Thursday afternoon, Kocher said.
