1. Shrimp Feast and Bull Roast 

• Where/When: Maryland State Game and Fish Protective Association, 1-6 p.m. Friday
• Why Go: The menu includes steamed and fried shrimp and beef with all the fixings. Beer and soda are included. There will be live music and a playground for the kids.
• Pricing: Adults $25, children ages 6-12 years old $12, children under 6 are free

2. Party on the Plaza

• Where/When: The Avenue at White Marsh, 7-9 p.m. Friday and Saturday
• Why Go: Enjoy live music on Friday by the Michael Louis Band and Saturday by the Unity Reggae Band.
• Pricing: Free

3. Over the River and Through the Woods

• Where/When: CCBC Essex Campus, starts 8 p.m. Friday and runs every weekend through July 3, 8 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays and 3 p.m. Sundays
• Why Go: Enjoy this hilarious show written by Joe DiPiertro about a man whose family tries to convince him not to take a job in Seattle, but stay in New Jersey instead.
• Pricing: Tickets are $16 adults, $14 for seniors (60 years and older) and CCBC alumni association members. 

4. Live Music: Oh Yeah Sure

• Where/When: The Gunpowder Lodge, 9 p.m. Friday
• Why Go: If you are a fan of 80s and 90s indie rock, this is the show for you.
• Pricing: Free

5. 2011 Perry Hall High School Lacrosse Alumni Game

• Where/When: Honeygo Regional Park, 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Saturday
• Why Go: Play in or watch the 13th annual 2011 Perry Hall High School Lacrosse Alumni Game. If you are planning to play, get there early to sign up and get an Under Armour tech shirt. The game starts at noon and will be played rain or shine. There will be an after party at The Gunpowder Lodge.
• Pricing: Free

6. Earth Oven Pizza

• Where/When: Marshy Point Nature Center, 2-4 p.m. Saturday
• Why Go: Search for wild edibles to put on the pizza (with the help of a naturalist) and then bake the pizza in the earth oven.
• Pricing: $3 for non members, $2 members.

7. EWA Summer Sizzler 2011

• Where/When: Tall Cedars, 7:30 p.m. Saturday
• Why Go: Eastern Wrestling Alliance presents live pro wrestling. The competition includes the new EWA Heavyweight Champion Chace Rawlings, EWA Cruiserweight Champion "The Lone Wolf" Wes Mercer, EWA Tag Team Champions Blood and John Berg along with Versace Enterprises' Eagle, Apollo Cruz and Vinnie Versaci, EWA Maryland Champion Hijynx, Jim Christian, JD 'Bamm Bamm' Roberts, Trent Farrell, Chris Burns and many more.
