GET OUT: White Marsh Parade, Candy Cane Lane, Santa Open House

There's plenty to do around Perry Hall this weekend.

 

This weekend is sure to deliver a wide range of holiday fun and entertainment.

1. The Avenue at White Marsh Holiday Parade

  • Where/When: The Avenue at White Marsh, 10 a.m. on Dec. 3
  • Why Go: Parade includes local government officials, high school marching bands, street performers, mascots and dance troops, all leading up to a visit from Santa. 
  • Pricing: Free

Candy Cane Lane at Perry Hall Florist

  • Where/When: Sanners Perry Hall Florist, 4401 East Joppa Road, 10 a.m. on Dec. 4
  • Why Go: The Peppermint Village with Peppermint Patty, the Gundrop Cave featuring Lou Lou Pop, the Ice Tunnel with Princess Frostine, the Chocolate Swamp, and King Pop-Pop's Castle—the Children are the game pieces moving through all of the stations while playing our life size game. Call 410-256-5588 and sign up for a time slot. 
  • Pricing: Free

3. Perry Hall High PTSA Holiday Craft Show

  • Where/When:
  • Why Go: A board of education rule revision has allowed the annual fair to return to school property. Holiday gifts and home decorations will be for sale. Food will also be available.
  • Pricing: Free

4. Visit Santa at Chapel Hills Farm

  • Where/When: Chapel Hills Farm & Nursery, Noon-2 p.m. Dec. 3-4
  • Why Go: Fresh wreaths and Christmas trees will be on sale during the two-day open house with Santa.
  • Pricing: Free

5. Visit Santa at White Marsh Mall

  • Where/When: White Marsh Mall, daily until Dec. 24
  • Why Go: Located at White Marsh Mall's Santastic Set, children may visit with Santa, leave a note in the Magical Mailbox and check the Naughty or Nice Meter.
  • Pricing:  Free

I must say I love when you guys post all the fun things to do in the area. I have a 4 year old daughter and I try and do pretty much everything on the list and I tell all my friends about everything too.. So ... thanks :)
