Skin Secrets Med Spa is the latest White Marsh business to advertise on Groupon, one of the nation's most popular group-buying websites.

Located at 5430 Campbell Blvd., the spa is offering cellulite-smoothing treatments for the abdomen, inner thigh, outer thigh, front thigh, back of thigh and buttocks. Three Velashape body-contouring treatments on one area are available for $99 (a $750 value). Six Velashape body-contouring treatments on one area are available for $149 (a $1,500 value).
