Name Your Favorite Patch Story
More than one million stories have been published on Patch sites across the nation.
Patch sites across the country recently reached their one million stories mark. Of those, Perry Hall Patch contributed nearly 1,800 over the course of about 11 months.
These are a few of the stories that have had the greatest impact on me.
- I was deeply moved by the outpouring of love for A.J. Ortman after his death: A.J. Ortman 'Touched So Many Lives'.
- Getting to know William "Buddy" Butt before his 90th birthday was an honor: VIDEO: Perry Hall's Mayor William 'Buddy' Butt Turns 90.
- My run-in with a former governor turned into a story about Girl Scout cookies: Ehrlich Visits Poll, Buys Girl Scout Cookies.
- I kicked off my daily photo series with this shot: PHOTO OF THE DAY: Feeding Goats.

My favorite article was about the girl who tragically died across from IKEA parking lot, I like how PATCH gets the story "right". Patch gives a face and story to so many of the roadside memorials.

I thought Roni Noone had a great article at the end of the school year when she was told not to bring her baby to her son's picnic. The story sparked a lot of conversation, and got people thinking and talking about school policies.
