I know the homeowner at the Perryvale address. The break- in occurred at mid-day in broad daylight. The homeowner was home all day except to run an errand for 1 hour. During that 1 hour the break-in occurred.
What would have happenned if the homeowner had come home DURING the break-in......God only knows.
Maryland needs a 'Carry Law' for concealed handguns for situations exactly like this. However we live in Socialist Maryland with the dictator-in chief Czar O'Malley and his minions. No such law will EVER be passed and so the populace will continue to be the victims.

This is an addition to my previous post. These burglars were not "BEGINNERS". They knew exactly what they were doing. They passed up the junk jewelry and took the good jewelry. They left no fingerprints so apparently they wore gloves. They broke in the back sliding doors, At the Perryvale location, the home backs up to woods. I'll bet the other homes that were burglarized backed up to woods also.

I think a large barking dog would help

Actually the homeowner on Perryvale has (2) dogs which I presume put on quite a ruckus.
The dogs appear to be similar to miniature schnausers. Perhaps a large dog would help.
However, If I was a burglar I'd carry dog treats with me.!! If people are determined to break into your house or steal your car they are going to do it.
There's only one thing that will definitely stop them.........YOU !!

I was told by an Officer that there were several more burglaries that appear to be related! I hope they catch these dirt balls!
