Perry Hall Improvement Association to Host Happy Hour
The community association's first-ever happy hour at The Harp is planned for July 12.
On top of work, family and social obligations, community involvement can sometimes be the last thing on your mind.
The Perry Hall Improvement Association is seeking to change that by hosting new events that extend beyond traditional community meetings, and offer convenient opportunities for residents to connect with their neighbors.
The association's first-ever happy hour event—for members and nonmembers—is scheduled from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on July 12 at The Harp at 8706 Belair Rd.
"Join us to learn more about the PHIA and how you can get involved—or just enjoy a fun evening out getting to know your neighbors! And of course, there will be food and drink specials," Dennis M. Robinson, Jr., president of the Perry Hall Improvement Association, stated in a press release.
Are you involved in the PHIA? What can the organization do to reach out to more community members? Tell us in the comments.

BTW, this event directly conflicts (time wise) with the dog park fundraiser at Red Brick Station the same night...

Conflicting times aside, this is a good idea. I will try to make it.
