If you've ever wondered why some areas of Perry Hall gets housing developments, some get parks and some get shopping centers, consider attending this month's Perry Hall Improvement Association meeting.

The PHIA is scheduled to host Donnell Zeigler of the Baltimore County Office of Planning at 7:30 p.m. on April 12 at the Perry Hall Library. He is expected provide information about proposed zoning changes in Perry Hall in connection with the 2012 Comprehensive Zoning Map Process.

"The PHIA is carefully analyzing these proposals and plans to announce the organization's recommendations in the next couple of weeks," stated Dennis M. Robinson, Jr., president of the Perry Hall Improvement Association.
