The Towson Chamber of Commerce kicked off its annual springtime celebration on Thursday morning outside the historic Towson courthouse. Towson Gardens Day included gardening help, food and crafts—not to mention a special singing performance from Perry Hall's own Chapel Hill Elementary School chorus.
