Somebody loves Janet—at least according to two signs along Belair Road between Perry Hall and Kingsville, near Gunpowder Lodge.
One reads, "JANET I LOVE YOU." The other: "JANET BE MY VALENTINE."
They seem to have appeared early Wednesday morning, facing southbound traffic.
