PHOTO: Safest Place To Eat In Perry Hall?
A Perry Hall resident spotted several police out for a bite to eat last weekend.
Special thanks to Perry Hall resident Debbi Mullinix for submitting this photo from outside Double-T Diner in Perry Hall last weekend.
"You can't see all of the police vehicles, but there were six local police cars at the Double-T Diner Saturday morning—not for a crime, but just because our friendly police officers were enjoying breakfast at the diner. It was a neat sight to see ... made me smile," Mullinix wrote.
What has made you smile recently around Perry Hall. Tell us in the comments.

No they don't, not on our dime. The photo doesn't have a time stamp. If they are just getting on an 8AM shift, go to work instead of stuffing their face altogether. If they were getting off shift, enjoy the meal. I am betting it is the former.

@FiFA I have seen the same scene at the Panera Bread and Chik-fil-Yeah in White Marsh during the AM-Noon hours a few times. Its normally the white shirts and such (upper powers that be). I think they do a weekly brunch/meeting. Just business... I have no issue with it at all. They deal with enough BS and a break is very well deserved!

I will be the first to say they deserve a break just like all of us do that work. But most businesses do not shut down so that employees can take lunch together. Especially in the job they are hired to do. Stagger the breaks, their job is more important than eating together. That is what they volunteered to do.

FIFA I was a cop for 21 years and I have NEWS FLASH for you! When a call comes over that radio? Those police get up. I threw away more food due to answering calls than I ever ate while in patrol. It's almost 2 on a workday - are you wasting your boss's time on the computer with personal pursuits? I bet you are.

Katie, you believe you deserve a special spot in the hearts of citizens. You don't. You deserve an attaboy or attagirl if you did a good job. If you were a scofflaw taking advantage of every opportunity you are no better that any other working stiff. So, go kiss yourself.
