Ok, I'll bite... Why should his kids be ashamed of themselves?

I agree...why would his kids be ashamed of themselves ? My Father-in-law is older than, this gentleman and is very fit mentally. He is very active in the community and wishes to take care of himself. The only thing his family is guilty of is...allowing him to enjoy the rest of his life as he wishes. I am willing to bet that, Mr Wessel is somewhat embarrassed about this but...I am glad to hear all turned out well. Best wishes to the Wessel family.

Yea, you really should get the whole story before you started assigning blame. You never know what someone else's situation is. Glad he's ok.

It always amazes me when someone makes an assumption out of the blue with no facts to back it up!

I'm thrilled that Mr. Wessel is safe. Patch, I think you would post more info if it was available. For example Where was Mr Wessel? How was he found? Who found him? You know, the standard questions for good reporting. Obviously Mr Wessel being missing was serious enough for a silver alert so give us as much info as possible so we know. When we have more facts we are less likely to make them up instead. Thanks.
