Restaurant Week Featuring Perry Hall's Liberatore's, The Harp
Special deals run among 44 Baltimore County restaurants between Jan. 11 and Jan. 27.
Baltimore County Restaurant Week is back and featuring two Perry Hall restaurants.
Between Jan. 11 and Jan. 27, The Harp at 8706 Belair Rd. and Liberatore's at 5005 Honeygo Center Dr. will offer a selection of fixed price three-course meals for both lunch and dinner.
The Harp's menu includes several surf and turf items, ranging from cream of crab soup to grilled strip steak. See the full promotional menu in the gallery. The menu for Liberatore's has not yet been published.
And don't forget the 42 other restaurants offering specials around the county. The full list is available here. The 17-day promotion is intended to support the county's $1.3 billion dining industry and represents a partnership between county government, the Baltimore County Chamber of Commerce, DowntownDiane and OpenTable

The Harp has great food but their bench seats have got to go! Too low relative to the table height and just not comfortable. Get new bench seats!

My experiences with the harp are poor service in the bar. Last two times we went, the wait staff was swamped and we were overlooked for a good 5-10 minutes.
There's no shortage of good places to eat/drink so we haven't gone back.

Agreed ! I have not been back since I found several crab shells in my Chicken stuffed with crab and was dismissed by the waiter. Then got very slow and rude service. There are many very good places to eat that listen to the customers.
