Several Charges for Perry Hall Man in Alleged DUI

A Perry Hall man was arrested on Sunday after police say he was driving erratically between Joppa and White Marsh. He was charged with several counts related to driving while under the influence of drugs and alcohol.
Troopers with the Maryland State Police Barrack in Bel Air first spotted a vehicle driving erratically along Joppa Farm Road in Joppa, shortly after midnight on Jan. 29, according to Sgt. Jeffrey Kloiber, a barrack official.
As the vehicle traveled along U.S. Route 40 near White Marsh Boulevard, officers pulled over and arrested 30-year-old Lucas James Buttner, according to Kloiber.
Buttner, of the 8600 block of Jessica Lane in Perry Hall, was charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, driving while impaired by alcohol, driving while impaired by drugs or drugs and alcohol, driving while impaired by a controlled dangerous substance, failure of individual driving on highway to display license to uniformed police on demand and driver changing lanes while unsafe, court records show.
