Yeah, cursed by drivers who think the speed minimum there is 50 mph and change lanes on a whim and a prayer.

I Agree Evets! Daily I ride that stretch and I cannot tell you how many times I have been beeped at or cars cutting me off when I am doing 55mph, because they want to drive 70.

The cab of the truck overturned but its trailer did not. A Coca Cola truck and another truck stopped just ahead of it as well as another vehicle. I didn't see it happen but was temporarily stopped along with all traffic behind it right after it happened when people had just pulled over to check on the driver. I'm not trained for medical emergencies and enough people had already stopped so I drove by. I'm wondering if one of the other vehicles was involved but didn't see what happened - just suggesting that it may have been a multi-vehicle accident rather than just "a truck ran off the road". It did look like a pretty old truck. Waiting to hear so we don't know whether it had anything to do with speed or driver error etc. Not everyone speeds on that stretch, Evets.

I saw it happen. I was headed south bound towards the accident area when I saw what I thought looked to be a truck driving into driveway way to fast... Then I saw the cloud of dirt engulf the trailer and it hit me that he had run off the road. I didn't see any other vehicle involved but it's possible it could have been on the other side of the truck out of my view. As I approached closer I saw a man walking out of the woods away from the accident appearing to be shook up in pain. I thought maybe it was the passenger and maybe he was thrown out or jumped out early because he was out and on his feet way to fast for it to be the driver.

I was on Honeygo coming up to the light at Belair Rd. in the right turn on red lane. The light had just changed so all traffic was still at a full stop on northbound Belair Rd. I noticed the truck which was first at the light in the left lane. It was an older truck hauling a large flat bed trailer like the ones used by lawn companies to haul equipment except they had a dumpster in the cage. Probably not too stable. It may have shifted, fish-tailed and he lost control. Bless those folks who stopped. If I had actually seen the accident, I would have also stopped. Otherwise I would have just been in the way.

Yes, Mr. Ventor, it's the same stretch of road where there have been previous, horrible--and some deadly--accidents. What will it take for the State to change the speed limit, set up radar, give tickets to speeders, and more? How many more accidents will have to occur? How many more innocent people will have to die? MOST of the vehicles that are driving southbound in this section are speeding. The northbound vehicles that get caught at the light at Belair Road and Honeygo Boulevard hit their accelerators to speed up Belair Road as fast as they can after released by the traffic light. Those vehicles that aren't stopped at the light are already speeding and tailgating. I know...I have to drive this stretch of road every day and every evening.
