I wonder if Councelman David Marks can keep us a little more informed about which areas BGE is working on form time to time. Just so we can plan ahead a little. BGE does not really give you any information on outage repairs.
How about Perry Hall ? Are they working on it, and may we please get an approximation on repairs ? I know it's a difficult thing, but PLEASE give us something to lay our hopes on.

My family and I were fortunate enough to not be affected too greatly by the storm. The night it happened, I actually slept through it (not a clue how based on everyone's description of it). I hope everyone else in the area get their power back soon and find a way to beat this horrible heat.

bge customers need to realize bge crews and those brought in from out of state are working around the clock to restore power. you may not see them in your neighborhood immediately but they are working. stop griping when you see a crew sitting on side of road or in a parking lot. they too require a time to rest, eat and regroup before going onto the next job. so try thanking them instead.

customers also need to stop placing unrealistic expectations on restoral of power when it comes to storms that are beyound human control.

if your power is off please call and let bge know don't depend on a neighbor. that neighbor may not be on the same grid or feed line as your house. so when they come back on and your still out please don't call and gripe to the reps cause your still out and didn't call

I urge everyone if you know of someone who is elderly or has medical issues without power check on them, offer to pick them up and take them some place cool. just don't sit back complain. be part of the solution to a rough situation.
