The worst part is when the snow turns to a solid sheet and people are too lazy or in too much of aRead Moreh urry to clear it off. I had an entire sheet blow off the car in front of me one day. Luckily I saw it coming and could react, but it sounded like it could have cracked my windshield! States like WV have laws against not clearing off snow, as it endangers other drivers and has caused numberous accidents. I'm sick of hearing "I can't reach my roof!" Oh well! Find a way. Take a small stool or step ladder outside, or buy a telescoping ice scraper/snow brush. It's the drivers responsibility to clear their vehicle, and no one seems to care these days.

Nothing says stupid like someone who drives around like that with a snow covered car.

The writer is confusing "God" with "Jesus". While Christians believe Jesus isRead Moreth e human incarnation of "God", other religions don't. Additionally, the other holidays the writer mentions are not specifically religious; they are, rather, secular, cultural holidays -- which is how millions celebrate Christmas (or Boxing Day, or January 6, or...). One last point: the writer should be aware that the dead of winter is NOT when the shepherds would have been tending their sheep around Bethlehem; rather, scholars are of two schools of thought: that Jesus was born in spring, or perhaps more likely, given his proximity in age to John, in the autumn.

Ms. Smith, your post is unclear. Was that 2 cars total, 2 in each location, 2 each day? WhatRead Morewas the response from our council person? And I would be interested to know what you would expect him to do, other than perhaps try to increase police patrols, which MIGHT have some marginal effect
