The association's first-ever happy hour event—for members and nonmembers—is scheduled from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on July 12 at The Harp at 8706 Belair Rd.
"Join us to learn more about the PHIA and how you can get involved—or just enjoy a fun evening out getting to know your neighbors! And of course, there will be food and drink specials," Dennis M. Robinson, Jr., president of the Perry Hall Improvement Association stated in a press release.

More About The Harp
As the only Irish pub and restaurant in Perry Hall, The Harp takes Irish food seriously. Serving traditional meals like bangers and mash (sausage and mashed potatoes), and shepherd's pie. The menu also includes flatbread pizzas, salads, paninis, fish and steak. The restaurant hosts live Irish music every Wednesday, and a DJ Friday and Saturday. A banquet room is available for private events. Separated from the restaurant is a large bar that has big screen TVs and plenty of seating.
