On Friday morning, however, they took on a unique audience—hundreds of county principals, administrators and supervisors during Superintendent Dr. S. Dallas Dance's .
The marching band performed immediately before the superintendent gave his speech in Loch Raven High School's auditorium.
Dance said: "Before I begin, I must take the opportunity to thank the Perry Hall Marching Band for that great intro. The drums. The horns. The pageantry. When a marching band is as good as Perry Hall's is, you don't just see and hear it. You feel it. You feel the energy, you feel the excitement, and most importantly, you feel the synergy."
