11-Day Carnival Coming to White Marsh Mall

The carnival in the mall's parking lot is scheduled between April 12-22.

You can almost taste the funnel cake—the annual is just days away.

Mall management confirmed Monday that the parking lot at 8200 Perry Hall Blvd. will host the event April 12-22. Set-up for rides began over weekend.

"There's plenty of rides, games and food for everybody," said Ralph Weiss, a spokesman for Dreamland Amusements, the company running the carnival.

The carnival—open 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. on weekdays and noon to 11 p.m. on weekends—will feature at least 20 rides, games and refreshment booths, according to Weiss.

Admission is $2 for adults and free for children under 10. Wristbands for unlimited rides can be purchased for $25 each (a $5 off coupon is available on Dreamland Amusements' website). Tickets for rides (each ride costs between two and four tickets) will also be sold for $1 each or 50 for $40, he said.

Check out on Patch.

And this is one more company that's been putting up illegal roadside signs and trashing our area.

This is the WORST carrnival EVER! my children n I go to carnivals all the time, this was our first n last time at this one! Small children can not ride anything n to make parents pay to ride with a child is ridiculous when you just spent $150 for 3 children, the ride operators pick n choose who they want to let on rides, lines were 20 minutes plus, everything is OVER PRICED, by then end of the night I ended up loosing the tickets I purchased for my small child n he was on the ride so I offered the operator cash which he was glad to except I walked over to a game to get change where I ed told"I can give u change if u play a $5 game, to ride a ride with ur child is about $8 a ride because your paying for both of you JUST HORRIBLE I WILL NEVER GO BACK, RIDE OPERATORS SMOKING WHILE LETTING CHILDREN ON RIDES I LEFT DISGUSTED

pretty good summary, Cindy. we knew it was in town, and we intentionally didn't tell our son about it. It's all a racket.

I echo Cindy also. Also, this website says children 10 under have free admission but the sign there says 6 under. I had 10 children with me so I paid $250 for wristbands and $22 for myself and the children to get in..Never again. I had teens and small kids and all got bored fairly quickly since there was not enough rides. The people from the ride operators, ticket booths to the folks collecting $2 admission...RUDE! This place is a rip off. Lastly, wristbands do not cover all rides, some you have to pay cash for.
