PHOTOS: Days Before Closure, Superfresh Offers Deals to Empty its Shelves

The Perry Hall store is expected to close July 6.

Customers search for deals among quickly emptying shelves as the store drastically cuts prices. 

The Perry Hall store, at the corner of Belair and Ebenezer roads, is expected to close July 6, said Lee Freeman, the store's front-end manager.

While several area Superfresh stores were , the Perry Hall location has not been purchased. Freeman said he could not comment on the fate of the store's workers after the closure.

We were there today stocking up on juice, pasta, sauce, canned goods, salad dressings, crackers, even candy. While it's depressing to see the store so empty, stocking up on some of the sale items saved me a ton of money. Sure hope it's not a vacant store long and something comes in there soon.

Yep, I just hit it as well. Was funny everyone was on their cell phone with their "other half" asking if they needed X,Y, and Z items. A little chaotic.
