What should move in?

There are now two retail spaces available in the Fairgrounds Plaza shopping center, following the relocation of HobbyTown USA.

The hobby shop moved to 8868 Waltham Woods Rd in Parkville, in mid March.

The question is: What kind of business would you like to see move in?

The shops depature has created two adjacent vacancies sandwiched between and . The shopping center is anchored by and .

The two open sites are 5,897 and 7,049 square feet, respectively, according to loopnet.com.

The nearest hobby shop to Timonium is now located at 12 Cranbrook Rd. in Cockeysville.
