Crash Caused 2-Mile Backup Near White Marsh

The Maryland Transportation Authority reported the crash snarled traffic for approximately two hours.

A crash on Interstate 95 north near White Marsh caused delays for travelers headed north Monday morning.

The crash was reported at 9:20 a.m. near the exit for White Marsh Boulevard/MD Route 43, according to the Coordinated Highways Action Response Team, which said the collision involved four vehicles.

As of 9:45 a.m., two left lanes were blocked on I-95 north near the White Marsh Boulevard exit, and the Maryland Transportation Authority reported delays were approximately 2 miles long.

By 10:15 a.m., all lanes had reopened and the crash was cleared, according to transportation officials.
