Flames Overtake House in White Marsh

The house was vacant, according to White Marsh Volunteer Fire Company.

Crews from Baltimore and Harford counties battled a house fire in White Marsh on Friday, officials said.

The house in the 11000 block of Philadelphia Road was vacant, according to the White Marsh Volunteer Fire Company, which reported its members were at the scene shortly after 11 a.m.

Philadelphia Road was blocked between New Forge Road and Joppa Road during the firefighting operation, Joppa-Magnolia Volunteer Fire Company reported at 11:20 a.m.

By 12:47 p.m., Joppa-Magnolia reported crews were being released from the scene.

I bet it was arson because look at those Ryan homes behind there they are hungry to develop that land. Its a shame to see old houses go :(

Insurance will pay and then they can develop a new home. Simple and keeps costs down.
