Police have arrested and charged a Kingsville man with shooting a handgun outside a party early Monday morning.
Daniel Roy Eiser, 26, of the 12000 block Old Long Calm Road, has been charged with four counts of first-degree assault, four counts of reckless endangerment and one count of using a firearm in a violent crime, court records show.
During a party, at about 2:45 a.m. on Aug. 20, a fight reportedly broke out outside a home in the 12000 block Old Long Calm Road. The party involved alcohol. Investigators believe Eiser fired a handgun into the air and possibly at a vehicle multiple times during the fight, according to Capt. Michael Balog of the .
Police responded to the scene shortly after the incident and arrested Eiser, Balog said. As of Thursday, Eiser remains at the Baltimore County Detention Center.
