Several officers and a responded to a suspect resisting arrest in the Perry Hall and White Marsh area Friday morning, authorities said.
At about 7 a.m., the 's warrant team arrived at a home in the 4700 block of Lavington Place to arrest resident Jeffrey Leon Keyser, according to Lt. Ron Brooks of the White Marsh precinct.
Keyser, 21, was wanted for failure to appear in court on Baltimore City drug charges, Brooks said.
Several officers and a helicopter unit began searching for Keyser, after he allegedly ran away from the warrant team. Police established a perimeter around and .
Within a half-hour, a homeowner in nearby Dunsinane Court reported that a suspicious person was hiding in her yard. Police responded and arrested Keyser, according to Brooks.
Brooks added it is common for the precinct to make warrant arrests and serve court summons for lesser crimes.

ago, there were 2400 people per sq. mile.....now there's 4600 per sq. mile. Also the economy is a definite factor. The REAL unemployment rate is somewhere around 14 - 16 %........not the 8.2% that the government reports. If it makes you feel better ( not ), the crime is EVERYWHERE, not just Perry Hall. Stay vigilant and keep your eyes open.
