This is the way I always go. It's OK if you're headiing south on Phila Road, but try to go north when you're heading back home, and it is also a major bottle neck. The light at Ebenezer/Cowenton backs up for about a mile every day during evening rush hour!

This. Philadelphia Rd is a double edged sword. I suspect if more traffic consistently took Philadelphia Rd, we'd just have two congested areas instead of one. Better to keep Philadelphia Rd. info on the down low, so those of us who know can still reach White Marsh and park in under 30 minutes.

Very inefficient lights cause frustration and unnecessary backup. It will be expensive , but I believe more intelligent and responsive sensors for traffic lights will improve the area economy in the long run.

Wouldn't it be great if you could access east bound 43 from north bound 7 (Philly Road? That stretch on 7 from Campbell Boulevard to 43 is 2 lanes each direction; Why isn't there a connection to 43 there? That would alleviate a lot of the congestion at Cowenton and Philly Road.
