An unidentified person and a dog were struck by a vehicle while crossing the 9300 block of Belair Road in Perry Hall Friday night.
Police officers and an ambulance responded to the scene shortly after 8 p.m. No one was seriously injured and the person refused medical treatment, said Sgt. Bruce Aris of the Baltimore County Police Department.
It is unknown if the pedestrian was using a crosswalk when struck. Police have not charged anyone in the incident, Aris said.
