A police officer will be on the scene when gather near the White Marsh Mall street entrance at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, said Lt. Ron Brooks of the White Marsh police precinct.
"We generally don't have any issues," Brooks said, adding that the officer will merely check in with the group near Honeygo and Campbell boulevards.
"They are exercising their rights to be there," he said.
The demonstration, which includes large graphic signs of aborted fetuses, is part of the 11th Annual Face the Truth Tour, organized by , a Baltimore-based nonprofit organization.
On Thursday and Friday, the organization will travel to Towson, Westminster, North Baltimore, White Marsh, and Hanover, PA.
While the presence of signs may slow traffic slightly, Brooks said he isn't expecting any serious delays or problems.
"This has been going on for years. We really don't get calls," he said.
