In March, Perry Hall's Average Sold Price was higher than both the month before and also last year in March 2011, with increases of about $32,000 and $8,000 respectively. The Average Days on Market, however, continues to fluctuate, as we saw a 41 day increase from February's average.

In looking at the Attached Average Sold Prices, the average was up significantly last month about $51,000, and up slightly from the year before, an increase of about $8000. The Detached Average Sold Prices were also up dramatically from February, about $90,000, yet were down about $37,000 from March 2011.

Even though these local real estate numbers by zip code give us a lot of information about how our local market is doing, much depends on the inventory sold that month. For example, a single family home's value can vary immensely by square footage, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, updates to the home, etc. Because of such variation, we expect the numbers each month to fluctuate a bit based on the inventory sold in that month.
