The new Body & Soul Fitness Fall 2012 session is starting on Tuesday September 11th! This class is held in the Spurgeon room Tuesdays 7:30-8:30pm. It is for women of all ages and fitness levels. It includes both aerobics and strength training set to upbeat Christian music. Bring friends, an exercise mat or towel, hand held weights (3-8lbs), and water. Wear comfortable clothing and supportive athletic-type/tennis shoes. Try out a class for FREE!
