All they had to do was wave.
Two police cars turned on their sirens, an ice cream truck honked loudly and at least another dozen vehicles beeped at a group of children standing on the pedestrian bridge Wednesday morning.
"We like to do it because we get honks, and I get to act like a silly goose," said Layla Fuller. She was joined by her younger sister Emma, her mother and a group of friends at the park.
