I visited Ace Hardwae for the first time this week. I needed to get my car key copied. The key was slightly bent and I had attempted to have it copied at Home Depot, Postman Plus, and Walmart with no luck, so I called ahead before going. A nice guy named Greg assured me that he was very confident he could cut the key. Upon arriving to the store, a nice cashier led me back to the key counter. Greg, and the manager Andy checked my key for a chip (at my request) and then copied my key on one of their many machines. The manager was very helpful and came out to my car with me in case their were any issues with the key. The key fit perfectly on both sides, I think the copy might've even been better then the original! Every person who helped me was extremely nice. I asked Andy if he wouldn't mind cutting two more for me. I checked those two and they worked perfectly as well. I believe my total came to around $8 for all 3 keys which really is a good deal compared to going somewhere like Crest Lock and Key (which btw moved to Pulaski and isn't open on Saturdays, really?) Whenever the topic of cutting keys came up, everyone I know would always suggest Home Depot or Walmart but they both let me down. It's great to know that there's still companies out their with pleasant, hard working employees. I know who I will be making my recommendations to from now on. Thanks Ace!!

OMG, totally awesome store. Had evrything I was looking for and the employees were ever so helpful and nice. The lawn and garden section has everything you will ever need and they have a beautiful bird center and a very broad selection of Stihl power equipment- Highly rate this store
Extremely nice employees that helped me as soon as I walked in the door. They have a very big selection of Stihl products and they also have a Stihl mechanic to fix anything that goes wrong
