I have shopped at Ann Marie's Hallmark for many years. Most of the sales people there are friendly and helpful, but there are a few, especially one lady that because of her rude behavior, I will never, ever go back there again. This happened recently and the owners should be careful who they hire to handle the public.

Rip off store I have a credit slip for $37.08 issued by an Ann Marie Hallmark and tried touse it in Perry Hall an they said it was too old, how much is too old< there is no expiration date on it and yes I have called Hallmark at 1-800-halmark and when I get back my 62nd birthday, today, party, in Las Vegas with the hubby and friends I will fax the receipt to Hallmark and they have said they will try and handle the situation. I am not letting my x favorite Ann Marie's Hallmark ruin my 62nd birthday, and, the resaon I haven't used the credit slip I was dx with "breast cancer" and have have seriouse issues fighting for my life for a year, but, dear Ann Marie Hallmark I won't let you runin my birthday or breast cancer survivor status, Arlene from Baltimore County Md, also see my fb posting about this today while my 300 fb friends are sending me birthday wishes, thumbs down to Ann Marie's Hallmark stores, they are not honorable to deal with!
