I was at this practice for 4 years but after Dr. Ebright rushed me through an appointment and sent me off with heart burn medicine instead of treating me for sinus infection related congestion, I decided to leave the practice. I had dealt with the rude front office staff for years but finally the Doctor's incompetence gave me better reason to leave.

I agree that the Front Desk staff are very rude and nasty.
If I didn't like my Doc so much, I would find a new Family Doc.
But if their nasty attitude does not change, I WILL be moving.
I do like the physicians at Chapel View Family Care for my husband and my self as well as our children. I do not care for the front desk personnel that are outright rude and make you feel as though you do not matter. It is near impossible to get an evening appointment unless you book well in advance. I did have one very scary experience with the main doctor - Dr. Ebright. I came to him because I was feeling nausaus all of the time and crying and very emotional and didn't know why. He even asked me if I'd have my period and I'd mentioned that come to think of it I hadn't yet and its usually on time. He put me on prozac. I filled the RX and took only one. Then someone mentioned why don't I take a pregnancy test. I did and I was. He didn't even give me a test or mention that could be it. Luckily I only took one and the baby is fine but I thought that was a very strong med to just assume someone needed. Normally he was very good with my children. I'd never gone to him prior or after that. Maybe he was just having a bad day but that changed my perception of him for good.

Although, Dr. Ebright seems to be a thorough doctor. His reception and billing staff are rude, incompetent and just plain obnoxious. Recently left an appointment due to the long backlog of patients waiting to be seen which resulted in a no show fee! Spoke with the manager who accused me of lying as to the time I left. Maybe they need to update their clocks along with their customer service! Won't be paying the fee and won't ever be returning!
