I ordered a egg, cheese and sausage sandwich, and when I sat and opened it, it was just bread and sausage. Went to counter figuring no problem. Well they pulled up the receipt and told me that's what I ordered. I assured them I wouldn't order a piece of sausage on plain bread- they must not of heard me correctly. Well the girl continued on telling me that I got what I ordered until I was really agitated and said never mind- take it all back- my sandwich and soda, (which I had taken one sip of), and she gave back my money. As I walked away- she saw the soda had been opened and then started calling out for me to give the money back! Meanwhile, this all went on while there was a line of about 10 people waiting. I have never been in a food place that would have said anything other than- oh- I'm sorry- let me get you a new one! It was truly bizarre. Let me say that this happened last summer and I did contact Dunkin Donuts corporate office which resulted in an apology from the store owner- but it was such a nutty thing to have happen.

Good donuts... but way overpriced for what you actually get.

I'll take a dozen from Weis on Joppa rd anyday.

Terrible service - slim choices on doughnuts later in the morning - I don't think they make them there - they have them delivered- not impressed at all!

Excellent friendly service, fresh bagels and donuts (no yesterdays like Honeygo, difficult parking lot at times.

This location is amazing. Friendly staff and quick service. My coffee is always perfect. This is one Dunkin Donuts where they really put the customer first. Asha knows my order and my coffee is waiting for me when I get to the counter! Great job serving the Perry Hall area!
