This was a retailer not a genuine Corporate Verizon. Their employee, Von, was extremely rood. She had me wait while she spoke on her personal cell phone and ended her conversation. I was switching from ATT and had my entire family I needed to purchase phones for and I decided to go to the Verizon at White Marsh and wait instead of being treated like I was inconveniencing an employee by being in their store.

I prefer this store over the Verizon store at the Avenue. They are personable and never in a rush to get you out the door. Von has helped me every time and has been wonderful. She has even been by herself with a store full of customers and managed to help every one in a timely manner. Go here before the Avenue.
