When the Harp first opened the food was awesome and service was great; however fast forward to the past year, the food is almost always cold, drinks are way over priced, and service stinks.
#1 complaint would be blah and less than average food and quality
#2 complaint would be the service stinks. its like high school with regards to the way the employees act. all the employees are too busy flirting and talking with each other and watching tv while ignoring the customers.
I question: Do they actually have a Manager that works?

Thank you to the staff and management! Had a private party here and everything was 'the tops'. Great service, fantastic food all around wonderful evening. Can't wait to do it again!

We have been there three times and were very satisfied the first two times. We sat at the bar all three times. The last time was very disapointing. Service was slow and difficult to get someones attention. The New York strip was very fatty, honestly over 25% nothing but fat.

I love this place! The food and service can not be beat. This is definitely our go to place for happy hour. They have specials every day. On Thursdays we visit for 1/2 priced bottles of wine and the crab cake dinner special for 16.99, two crab cakes and so yummy! Keep it up guys!

The food was OK, but over priced for what you got. You can find much better deals in Peery Hall, with food just as good or better

I just had dinner at The Harp...Tuesday is burger night and I had the Chesapeake Burger. It was Great and the service was exceptional

Service is terrible. We've been there three times. First was a great experience all around. Other times the service side of things was terrible. Slow, overworked wait staff. The last time we went into the pub side, we sat at a table for nearly ten minutes without being assisted. I counted all of two wait staff working god knows how many tables.
The ownership needs to stop scrimping on the wait staff, and probably provide me with a serious discount before my wife and I even consider going back. It's a shame, because I love the theme/food/amount of TV's and general location.

I have eaten at the Twisted harp several times. The food is fresh and exceptional. Their salad dressings are all homemade. Their cream of crab soup is out of this word. I love this place. The atmosphere is inviting and friendly. I did not want to write this review for fear they would get too busy but they deserve this Epic review!
