I have never had a bad experience here. I take all my repairs to Tom. He does great work at reasonable prices. I like that Tom makes alot of one of a kind, custom pieces and carries alot of unusual stones like ametrine. The staff is very friendly and helpful and I just love the dogs. I like being able to give my business to a small, local business.

Haven't set foot in the place since the owner told me that he "broke one of his repair tools" fixing my watch. I don't believe that is good customer service.

This store is so nice and helpful. I really don't wear jewelry and I certainly don't buy any, but I try to give business to the Village Gem for things such as watch repair and batteries, buying specialty gifts, etc. Their customer service is excellent!
