I usually use the Nottingham office, but I have gone here on occasion, and goten good service.
As a note to another review, this office does not handle ANY delivery - that is all handled out of the Nottingham office.

I rate our local post office ZERO stars despite having the opportunity to give it no less then 1 star.
I believe this post office should be federally investigated. I am not referring to mean and incompetent staff. I am referring to items regularly not delivered with false delivery confirmations.
3 of my 5 Christmas deliveries via US mail have not been delivered. 2 were with tracking numbers. In both cases post office states receiving the item before 9am and delivering it within several minutes to address. Cheese delivery for Christmas received on the 31st depiste being via 2 day mail service and should having arrived by the 16th. I found the stale cheese not at my door or mailbox but on the trash curb. Manager said he is not concerned, contact the companies and submit a claim. Rude, ignorant and quite possibly criminal -- US Post Office Perry Hall.

I find this post office location to be the absolute worst. Staff is rude and will not take the time to answer any questions. Getting involved in mall traffic to go to the Nottingham office is just a hassle. I drive up to the Kingsville Post Office, as it is about the same distance for me as the Nottingham location. Staff there is extremely friendly, courteous, will take time to explain possible shipping options, which is the kind of service I expect.
