"The pork industry has committed $ 1.7 million to research how the virus....spread so quicklyRead More after it was reported in the nation's top pork-producing states..." Gimme a hundred bucks, i'll tell ya how. >>> IT'S BECAUSE YOU PUT THOUSANDS UPON THOUSANDS OF PIGS TOGETHER IN SMALLISH SPACES VERY CLOSE TOGETHER AND ''LIVING'' IN UNBELIEVABLY FILTHY CONDITIONS !!! <<< Oh, DAMN, i shoulda waited for someone to offer me that hundred....

As a former employee of a McDonalds , it is about time they started doing some thing those were notRead More the only ones that do this .
George DePew April 9, 2014 at 10:15 am
They need to investigate the McDonalds stores in Glen Burnie and other places!

Hearing some good things about Heather. Going to take a look but Gansler seems to be running strongRead More and of course Brown's Ads are good.
Bob Bobbers April 4, 2014 at 09:26 am
LT Governors usually don't far well in Maryland. That leaves us with Gansler. He strikes me as justRead More another corrupt politician who is only interested in himself.
MoCoRes April 4, 2014 at 11:45 am
Yes, Maryland arguably has good schools and jobs at the moment. But a quick trip around the BeltwayRead More will show you that Virginia and D.C. are progressing and developing. Do I think it's becasue of lax rules in those areas? Maybe but not entirely. I'm a Democrat and I gladly voted for O'Malley. But my biggest problem with progressives in Maryland and other places is they tend to be more interested in activism rather than governing. Should businesses be able to walk all over us and do whatever they want? No. But there needs to be a proper balance between attracting business and regulations. And I don't think Maryland has it right now. Regarding the next governor, I don't know Brown and Mizeur all that well. But I don't trust Gansler.

Wonderful for this MRYLAND Firm.

Thanks for sharing this with me. I've been looking for a company where I can make signs or banners.Read More My friend said I should try checking out this site http://www.royalstamp.ca/products .

GO WEGMANS! And since the evil city of Westminster does not have a Wegmans (nor do they deserveRead More one!), it's a win win to take your hard earned dollars and spend it in a city that doesn't treat their residents as criminals! I used to feel guilty when I shopped at Wegmans. NOT ANY MORE!! Best food store on the planet!!!
Maryellen Brady April 1, 2014 at 11:00 am
Good for Wegmans, I sure hope they pay their employees well, promote from within and most of allRead More dont rely on taxpayers as does WALMART for their government corporate subsidies. Each WALMART costs taxpayers $900,000 a year. It would be good to know if WEGMANS is a real plus to the community, as is Costco.
McCormick looks to consolidate offices.
Noreen Dalisera March 28, 2014 at 10:42 am
Please don't let them leave Maryland - it is getting so depressing that our businesses are choosingRead More to leave Maryland.
Bob Higginbotham March 28, 2014 at 07:35 pm
I don't blame McCormick thinking about moving their HQ out of state. Noreen, if you are so depressedRead More why don't you vote sane adults into office instead of the group of non compos mentis two year old that occupy Annapolis now. There are many more people and businesses leaving Maryland than coming in despite what Annapolis says. That is because O'Malley and company are regulating and taxing us to death.
Pam Hamburg March 29, 2014 at 11:06 am
OweMalley and his ilk are destroying this state.

Shanna February 17, 2014 at 08:59 am
well they don't advertise it very good. Did anyone even know about this?
Bryan Harz February 17, 2014 at 09:23 am
You are right. I heard from a friend on Saturday. I also saw a TV ad, but still, not enough timeRead More to take advantage of it.
Mark February 12, 2014 at 09:01 pm
You should not say "Baltimore schools closed" when you mean to say "Baltimore COUNTYRead More schools." The city and the county are two separate jurisdictions.

Thanks, Mark! We will clarify.

Doesn't look good! Not good publicity for First Mariner Bank and I don't blame the investors ifRead More they take all their money now!
macgeek February 11, 2014 at 11:42 am
I dont trust any banks anymore. they all follow the same outdated rules which help them and not us.Read More they win and we lose. borrow money and they charge 19% interest or more. if I save money, they give me .001% interest. seems a little one sided don't you think?
Maryland's unemployment rate continues to remain below the national rate. File|Patch
Neil B January 29, 2014 at 08:11 am
Everyone's unemployment ran out so they are no longer counted. The number is a sham.

Yeah all the jobs are part time or fast food... NOT REAL JOBS! National Stats open to the publicRead More stated in December that 82% of ALL jobs created in the US during 2013 were part time or fast food... not career, family supporting work! Liberals love to deceive the masses with bogus, extremely misleading numbers. We heard about the bragging of the new Amazon.com plant in the city 2000 jobs... read between the lines... 1500 of those jobs are people already employed by Amazon.com and relocating to Baltimore. Only 500 jobs will be hired locally and those jobs are mostly part time, low pay stocking jobs. Wow does O'Malley and Rawlings Blake LOVE to deceive the reality of our state and city.
