Man, Woman Charged in Perry Hall Home Burglary
Police arrested two suspects shortly after the June 10 burglary on Ayr Court.
UPDATE (June 11, 3:10 p.m.)—Police said they arrested a man and woman Sunday afternoon in Perry Hall, less than a half hour after a reported burglary. Nicholas Frederick Florian, 30, of the 4400 block of Forge Road in Perry Hall, and Marisa Nicole Hatzidimitriou, 22, of the 9600 block of Gerst Road in Perry Hall, were each charged with multiple counts of burglary. At about 1 p.m. on June 10, a homeowner in the unit block of Ayr Court, off Beaconsfield Road, told police she found a basement bedroom ransacked after hearing strange noises. An unlocked basement window had been opened, according to a police report. The resident also noticed the garage had been opened and a light was on. She went inside, saw a man and yelled at him to get out. …
