Veterans Day Closures Around Perry Hall

Baltimore County government offices and courts are taking the day off in honor of veterans.

While Veterans Day (formerly known as Armistice Day) technically falls on Sunday, Nov. 11, it is being observed this year on Monday, Nov. 12. So, what's closed?  And, what's open? Columbus Day Closures Around Perry Hall

Baltimore County government is taking the day off in honor of Christopher Columbus.

What's closed this Monday for Columbus Day? Landfill and drop-off centers will be open and trash and recycling collection will function as usual. But remember, it's still a normal school day for Baltimore County students. Read more about the holiday's history here on Patch.
