UPDATE: Perry Hall Resurfacing Projects to Begin November
Road projects for Chapel Road, Forge Road and Bangert Avenue could continue for two weeks.
UPDATE (Oct. 18, 5:28 p.m.)—Three northeastern Perry Hall roadways are slated for facelifts this fall. Councilman David Marks announced in September plans to resurface the entire 1.1-mile stretch of Chapel Road, from Joppa to Belair Roads; the 2.9-mile stretch of Forge Road; and the .92 mile length of Bangert Avenue. Roadwork for all three projects will likely begin in the first week of November, weather permitting, and last for about two weeks, Marks stated in an announcement on Thursday. "The project includes milling, resurfacing, and potential relocation of utilities. Motorists should expect some delays during this period and plan accordingly," Marks stated in an email.
