UPDATE: Scrap Metal, Fixtures Stolen From Fullerton Yard

Burglaries were reported in the 8100 block of Belair Road twice within the same week.

UPDATE (3:19 p.m., Jan. 18)—Police are investigating two theft incidents in the South Perry Hall and Fullerton area, near White Marsh Boulevard.  Between 11 a.m. on Jan. 10 and 2:45 p.m. on Jan. 11, in the 8100 block of BelairRoad, 90 feet of metal mesh fencing, valued at $300, and five metal posts, valued at $30 each, were stolen from a yard, a police report shows. Between 2 p.m. on Jan. 15 and 8 a.m. on Jan. 16, in the same lot in the 8100 block of Belair Road, a padlock, 70 pounds of a yellow link chain, 11 copper tractor radiators, 20 gaskets and a water irrigation pipe, valued at a total of $2,355, were stolen from the yard, a second police report shows.  Police urge residents and business owners to report any suspicious people or …

Scrap Metal, Fencing Stolen From Fullerton Yard

Man Charged in Perry Hall Shooting, Botched Drug Sale

A Dundalk man was charged with attempted first-degree murder following the July 28 incident, police said.

UPDATE (2:23 p.m., Aug. 8)—A Dundalk man, accused of firing a handgun five times at another man on July 28 in Perry Hall, turned himself in to police on Monday, officials said. Thomas Joseph Schnople, 24, of the unit block of Court Pleasant in Dundalk, has been charged with attempted first-degree murder, two counts of first-degree assault, kidnapping and firearm use in a violent crime, court records show. Shortly after 1 a.m. on July 28, Schnople arrived at the 8400 block of Belair Road, across from St. Joseph Parish, police said. A Perry Hall resident allegedly had offered to sell Schnople $600 worth of the prescription pain reliever Percocet, according to Sgt. I'd guess it's because he can afford to pay fines and court charges. The state makes money off the heads they keep in prison, but the ones that can pay out of pocket in the way of fines stand a better chance of staying on the street then the ones who can't ....it's not about keeping the dirt off the street...it's about the money the city, county, state can pull in.   more ›
