A Bel Air man has been arrested for stealing more than $7,000 worth of electronics from a Perry Hall woman, according to police. Daniel Kareem Mufarreh, 31, was charged with burglary, theft (between $1,000 and $10,000) and making a false statement to a police officer, online court records show. Mufarreh, of the 1200 block of Greystone Road in Bel Air, is described as the suspect in a police investigation in which a burglar walked through the front door of a home in the unit block of Trailwood Road. The report says that on April 16, the homeowner caught Mufarreh in the act and reported the incident two days later. Two Perry Hall residents were the victims of an exceptionally costly home burglary last week, with the total cost of the stolen cash and valuables estimated to be about $37,000. A burglar broke the rear window to the victims' home in the 9600 block of Redwing Drive sometime between 10 a.m. and 2:45 p.m. on March 19, according to Baltimore County police report. The culprit ransacked the victims' bedroom, before leaving through the front door taking $30,500 cash, Louis Vuiton purses and wallets, liquor bottles, Sony Vaio laptops and red wine bottles. Video games and a controller were stolen.
Two Xbox 360 games and one Xbox 360 controller were stolen out of an unlocked Perry Hall home last week, a Baltimore County police incident summary shows. A 52-year-old woman told police that her son's games and controller were stolen on March 7, sometime between 7 and 11 p.m. in the 5000 block of Clifford Road. The culprit stole the games and controller—valued at $110 and $60, respectively—out of the victim's bedroom. No further information is known at this time. A Perry Hall man and Kingsville woman are accused of working together in a Perry Hall break-in on Wednesday.
Police said a Perry Hall man and a Kingsville woman are being investigated for possible involvement in multiple area burglaries. Police arrested James Hoffman Jr., 22, of the unit block of Bellfalls Way in Perry Hall, and Sydney Cossaboon, 20, of the unit block of Patrick Way in Kingsville, on the scene of a break-in on Wednesday afternoon, according to Cpl. Cathleen Batton, a Baltimore County police spokeswoman. At about 2:08 p.m. on Feb. 13, in the 8900 block of Carlisle Avenue, a neighbor called 911 to report a suspicious vehicle in front of a home. Police urge anyone who sees the motorcycle to call 911 immediately.
Police said they are continuing to investigate a motorcycle theft from the Kingsville area. Between 4:30 p.m. on Feb. 10 and 3 a.m. on Feb. 11, in the 12000 block of Old Long Calm Road, an attached garage was broken into and a motorcycle, a helmet and a heated suit were stolen, a police report shows. The motorcycle was described as a 2011 Harley-Davidson Ultra Classic in maroon and black, with the Maryland tag D71316, valued at more than $22,000, according to the report. Anyone who sees the motorcycle should call 911 immediately. Lt. Ron Brooks of the White Marsh police precinct also urged residents to immediately report any suspicious people or vehicles in their neighborhoods.

Police urge residents in the Fullerton and Perry Hall area to not leave valuables inside vehicles in plain site.
Police are investigating multiple vehicle break-ins late Sunday afternoon outside St. Joseph Parish, Fullerton, which serves the Perry Hall area. Between 4:15 p.m. and 4:45 p.m. on Feb. 10, during a Girl Scout activity, vehicle windows were broken and at least four purses were stolen, according to Officer Mark Dorsey of the Parkville precinct. Dorsey urged area residents to not leave valuables in plain site inside of vehicles.
Police are investigating home burglaries on Holiday Manor Road and Hines Road.
Two Perry Hall home burglaries were reported over the weekend and police say the investigations are ongoing. Between Feb. 6 and Feb. 9, in the 9500 block of Holiday Manor Road, 10 feet of copper piping was stolen from the basement water heater of a vacant home. There were no signs of forced entry into the home, according to Officer Mark Dorsey of the Parkville police precinct. Between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. on Feb. 9, in the 9000 block of Hines Road, a person entered a home's unlocked rear door and stole a computer, an Xbox and other small items, Dorsey said. Dorsey urged area residents to report any suspicious people or vehicles in their neighborhoods by calling 911 immediately.

Police responded to Dawnvale Road on Feb. 6.
Police said a Perry Hall home burglary remains under investigation. Between 8 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. on Feb. 6, in the 9500 block of Dawnvale Road, glass was removed from the rear basement door of a home. Multiple rooms were ransacked, and a suitcase and Bose audio system were stolen, according to Officer Mark Dorsey of the Parkville police precinct. It is unknown if the incident is related to any recent home burglaries in the area, Dorsey said.
