The 66-cent price increase is attributed to a slight rise in demand, rather than a supply shortage. They are so cheap because they are anti-Union. Its pitiful that they don't have a bulletin board in their store for Community Organization information. They told me it was because if they let non political/non partisan Community Organizations post notices they "will have to let unions also post on that bulletin board."
